At the age of 30, I looked up and realized I had gained 40lbs after being married only 3 years! I struggled throughout my 30s trying different programs, diet doctors, diet pills etc. only to find that I would not only put the weight back on but an additional amount of weight would follow which caused me to become more and more frustrated.
